Some time after dislocating my shoulder, I was still experiencing pain and stiffness when moving my shoulder in certain ways. 2 sessions with Charlie, and I’m back to full movement with no pain at all.
I’ve since been back for some back and neck treatment (just to relieve some tension), and I would highly recommend Cloud-Active to anyone. The girls really know their stuff!

Charlie took part in (and made it round) the London River Rat Race. The course was set around Excel and included a 20ft jump into the water at Royal Victoria Docks!
