Sports Massage
Combines different techniques to address sporting and other injuries.  We at Cloud Active believe that these techniques can be applied to almost anyone, even if you do not do a sport.

Pregnancy Massage
Gentle, soothing and relaxing - aims to relieve sore and achy joints, minimise fluid retention and postural discomfort, aid sleep and promote vitality and a happy relationship with your changing body.​

Seated Acupressure Massage
Short, effective treatment perfect for office or event visits, usually between 10-20 minutes long.​

Our aim with any massage at Cloud Active is to provide:

The techniques we use are

  • Soft Tissue massage to relax muscles

  • Trigger Pointing (NMTs) to break down muscle adhesions/knots

  • Muscle Energy Techniques (METs) to stretch and strengthen muscle

  • Soft Tissue Release techniques for more specific muscle stretches​
